At Vaiyan Organics, we take great care in packaging and shipping our products. Since our moringa products are food items and consumable in nature, we do not accept general returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, we will gladly assist with a replacement or exchange subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligible For Return Or Exchange
A return or exchange will only be accepted if:
- The product is damaged during shipping or transit.
- The package is received in a visibly damaged condition.
- The wrong product has been delivered by our team.
Not Eligible For Return Or Exchange
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Taste, aroma, or personal preference.
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
- Products that have already been opened or used.
- Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality.
- Delivery delays caused by courier services.
Damaged Product Claims
If your product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please send:
- Your Order Number.
- Clear photographs of the damaged product.
- Photographs of the outer shipping package.
- A brief description of the issue.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or exchange.
Exchange Process
Once our team reviews and verifies the damage claim:
- A replacement product may be shipped at no additional cost.
- In certain cases, an exchange may be approved.
- If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided except in cases where:
- A damaged product claim is approved and replacement is unavailable.
- The wrong product was delivered and replacement cannot be arranged.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
