At Vaiyan Organics, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully pack and inspect every order before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged or defective

The wrong product has been delivered

The product received is different from what was ordered
To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A clear unboxing video

Clear photographs of the product and packaging showing the issue

Your order number and registered contact details
Without an unboxing video, return requests may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products that have been opened, used, or consumed

Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage

Products returned without their original packaging

Products returned after the applicable return request period
For natural products, minor variations in colour, texture, appearance, or consistency may occur and are not considered defects.
Refunds
Once the return request is approved and the returned product is received and inspected:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

The refund will be credited to the original payment method
Please note that after the refund is processed by us, the time taken for the amount to reflect in your bank account or payment method may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacements
If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect and the product is available in stock, Vaiyan Organics may provide a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement requests will be processed after verification of the issue and receipt of the required photos and unboxing video.

The complete return and refund process may take 5–7 working days after the return request has been approved and the required product has been received by us.
